 STEP 1 Mid March - Mid April
Professional, slow-release
fertilizer plus crabgrass preventer. Apply ½" of water within 48 hours after application. A vapor barrier
is created at soil level, controlling weeds before they appear. Uncle: If dormant seeding
or overseeding in spring, follow Uncle's tips for Spring Seeding. Using an application of Tupersan®
with Golf Course Starter™
 STEP 2 Mid April - June
Fertilizer, plus professional
strength herbicide, for control of dandelions, clover, plantain and other broadleaf weeds. Apply on a sunny day when temperatures
are above 65°. Apply to wet lawn (morning dew or lightly watered). Do not apply if rain expected within 48 hours and do
not mow for 48 hours.
